Prices above are in £ Sterling for the whole apartment (not per person).  The final cleaning charge is Euros 68 for up to 2 occupants (for each additional occupant add 7 Euros), payable to the cleaners on site.  Our prices include use of swimming pools,  Club Facilities, evening entertainment, tennis courts and other sporting facilities within the residence/village.  Prices also include all apartment linen and towels as well as electricity, gas and water charges.  Please note that the kids' club is managed by a private company and you will need to pay for this separately unless you have a Club Card (please call for full list of Club Card holder entitlements).

The facilities, apartments and the on-site hotel within this private residence are managed by one of Italy's most successful holiday residence management companies.  We manage the letting of our apartment direct to the public, eliminating all agent fees and passing the savings on to you.  Therefore, our list prices are up to 255 Euros per week less (for some of the high season dates) than the prices charged for a similar apartment obtained through the management company's agents.  Same facilities and same high standards of service.  Just lower prices.
