Sardinian Paradise

Located in a prestigious coastal village/residence built on the gentle slopes of a natural ampitheatre facing the enchanting Costa Paradiso, our apartment offers luxury accommodation, sea views and a spacious terrace.   It has recently been renovated and decorated to a very high standard.  We are serious about providing our guests with the best accommodation that we can offer and have also employed a local housekeeper who is responsible for supporting this goal.

- 40m2 - Ideal for 2 to 4 people - Living/dining room with TV; Double bedroom; Shower room/bidet/WC ; kitchen area with oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and fully equipped with all pots, plates, cutlery, etc.;  Sleeps up to 4 adults (1 double bed and 2 sofa beds).  Ceiling fans standard in each room and optional air conditioning units (available as separate hire items).

- 30m2 terrace (incl. furniture for outdoor dining) with nice views over the village and sea


Facilities

- It is just about 300m to the private beach (umbrellas and sun loungers available). Variety of other beaches also available nearby.

- Apartment shares the swimming pools (2 for adults and one kids' pool), tennis courts and club lounge.  Also available - kids' club and a gym/health spa, restaurants and bars (widescreen tv and projector so you never miss any sports)

- There is evening entertainment, beach volley, tennis, five-a-side, bowling, spa & boutique, fitness gym & aquagym. Also, cannoing, diving, riding and surfing in the vicinity.

- Lavish gardens, squares and lanes give this beautiful residence a village like feel. Ideal for couples, families and singles.

- Plenty of parking is available.  No need for a car within the village of course - this just makes it so much better for kids and everyone else.  Also, resident medical center with GP and launderette/washing machine facilities available onsite.
